Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to Covid-19, we are unable to accept returns at this time.  Therefore ALL sales are FINAL.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If there was a mistake in your order (i.e. we sent you the wrong size or the product arrived defective), please email us at support@brokenchainzdesigns.com so we can make things right.

If the product is defective,  you are eligible for a return or exchange.   The product must be unworn / unwashed / free of odor and you will have to notify us within 30 days of delivery

 

Note: Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable.

  

To return or exchange an item:

1 - Mail your return to:

2 - Include a copy of the email you sent to start the process of the return or exchange.

3 - Customers are responsible for return shipping.

4 - Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and we will send you a notification of approval or rejection of the refund.

5 - If approved, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
